milk, egg, peanut, tree nut (walnut, cashew, etc.), fish, shellfish, soy, and wheat
**Lucky Hazel has all of these but shellfish and fish plush a few random things like corn and oats.
Day 2 was pretty easy. The answer was:

abstinence (can I say that?) & Benedryl, love, non
I'm gonna go with stay away from that food.
stay away from it!
Strict avoidance of the allergy causing food!
I didn't look it up but my guess is to never eat the food...and in my family's case, never even be in the same room with it!
I love how your mom put it! Abstinence! Perfect!
Strict avoidance of the allergy-causing food is the only way to avoid a reaction. Reading ingredient labels for all foods is the key to maintaining control over the allergy. If a product doesn't have a label, allergic individuals should not eat that food. If a label contains unfamiliar terms, shoppers must call the manufacturer and ask for a definition or avoid eating that food.
Don't eat it! stay away!
strict avoidance
Don't eat don't touch etc.
Just stay away from it!
Your mom is so funny :)

By the way, I love this idea- a contest to raise awareness. Hm, something I need to think about for my blog.
"Strict avoidance of the allergy-causing food is the only way to avoid a reaction. " I bet that's not fun to do.
ditto on all the above. Abstinence!!!
Ashley, I linked over from Mandi's blog. Reading about your Hazel sounds just like my little sister. She had extreme food allergies.
Now fast forward to my Hillary- she also has food allergies. I didn't even realize there was an awareness week- but thanks for doing your part to educate. It has been a long haul to even get all of our extended family aware. Much of it is just not something most people think about.
Love

Avoid it like the plague ;) (Hi Ashley... I found you from my sisters blog, small world) What a neat way to educate people!!
