Cannon Talk

I've been wanting to do this post for a while. Cannon is at this cute stage where he is trying to talk more and more each day. His vocabulary is growing exponentially. While his word use is impressive to us, his pronunciation isn't always right on. I just wanted to create this translation guide before he grows up and starts asking for milk instead of "mott." I completely understand if this is not interesting to you as a reader, but it's just one of those things that I always want to remember. So, I'm going to try my best to spell out phonetically the way he says some things. They might not be completely accurate, but I'll do my best! They are in no particular order:

Good Night = Dite Dite
Daddy = Diddy (as in Puff Daddy?)
Milk = Mott
Chocolate Milk = Shawshee Mott
I Love You = Yuh Yoo
Cookie = Duh Dee
Mommy = Momma
Cannon = Dannuh
Shoes = Shoooooz
Blanket = Binkie
Airplane = Airpane
Eat = Eht
Food = Fud
Cheese = Deese
Please = Peeze
Thank You = Dink OO
Eww Yuck = Eww Duh Dee
Cow = Dow
Moo = Boo

That's all I can think of for now. This was a totaly mommy indulgence. I just love the way he speaks. It makes me melt and laugh all at the same time. He is growing up too fast and I'm glad I was able to document these cute words while they last.
