What the Wednesday!

So happy today
I don't know if it's the fact that Spring is here
or that so many fun things are happening this week
Or that my house is clean from top to bottom
But there is definite sunshine in my soul

We walked in the Salt Lake City
Saint Patrick's Day Parade on Saturday
with the Utah Food Allergy Network
Right in front of the haunted house folks
And the roller derby girls
It was very educational

I had this conversation with Cannon today:
(Cannon jumping on the couch)
Me: Cannon, please don't jump on the couch
Cannon:  Well, I'm not really jumping.  It's more like bouncy walking
Me:  Well, don't walk on the couch
Cannon:  Now I'm not walking, I'm falling
Me:  Please don't fall on the couch, in fact, your feet are not allowed on the couch anymore
Cannon:  Well, now you tell me!
Do you see what I have to deal with, people?
He's a crafty one

Jordan
Who is Jarom's little look-alike brother
That happens to live in our basement
Got his mission call last week
He's going to serve in the Albuquerque, New Mexico mission
I've known him since he was 9
I get a little teary just thinking about it
But it's the perfect place for him to be
He's a good egg
Now how am I supposed to get through sacrament meeting
Without the human jungle gym that entertains my kids?
Woe is me

Also, we are hoping that Dawn-Noel,
Jarom's sister
Gets her mission call today
Cross your fingers!

My dad finished his dissertation
And is done with all the requirements
Of his doctorate program
PhD!
Doctor Daddio
That's what I'll write on his Father's Day card

I really hate tofu
Hazel really loves it

Hunger Games tomorrow!
Just in case you live under a rock and haven't heard...

We have a "no feet on the couch" rule too. They do not listen to this rule.

Hurray for Albuquerque! He's gonna love it! Such a great place.
