I ran 10 miles on Saturday
I know what the term "runner's high" means
I was totally floating all day
And couldn't stop smiling
And couldn't stop talking about it
Okay. I still can't
Soooooo amazing what a body can do
But I'm kind of mad because since July
I've run 152 miles
And gained 6 lbs.
What the...??
So annoying
In less a few weeks, I'll be running 13.1 miles
down the beautiful Nebo Loop

It will be a year next week
Since I've (knowingly) eaten meat
Weird, right?
I just up and decided one day (while making lasagna)
that since I don't really like it
I shouldn't really eat it
So I didn't and I don't
And Viola! Accidentally a Vegetarian
I honestly don't miss anything about meat
Oh, and the day I told Jarom
"I think I'm a vegetarian now"
He describes as the worst day of his life
Ha! Such a carnivore!
But it's all good
I still cook a mean meatball and grill a juicy steak
All is right in his world
I got a new partner in the nursery this week
Yay for dependable people!

I never learned the color wheel either. Only one I know is yellow & blue make green, and that's because of the Ziploc commercials of my childhood.
I decided not to drink caffeine anymore today. I just decided not to, but not for any specific reason. I would have a harder time with meat because I wouldn't know what to cook.
Every time I start running I gain 10 pounds. That's why I don't run.
dependable people in nursery is seriously golden. i hear people usually gain weight when they first start running--gaining muscle, but you gotta include weight training too to really lose the weight. i don't know much about it?
