Cannon is a great helper. I have no doubt that he will make a great big brother since he loves to do what he sees us doing.
Here he is helping Jarom mow the lawn. He stayed right there the whole time and loved it. Every time they turned a corner, the bar would hit him in the head. He didn't mind at all. It was pretty cute to watch them.
This is his attempt at helping me cook. He wore this pot on his head until I finished. I guess in his own little way, he was helping. At least he wasn't
getting into the flour.
Here he is "picking up his toys." Actually he was really trying to pose for me. He's a natural. Although he's not always helpful, he really tries.

i heard you're not doing very well. are you on bedrest? is there something i can do for you?
I'm fine. I've got preeclampsia again, but not bad enough for bedrest yet. I just have to take it easy and stay away from salt. No more potato chips. :( I'll be induced at 38 weeks (June 2nd). 3 weeks left! I'll let you know. Thanks so much for asking, Kelly!
What a cute helper. I'm glad you captured that moment. That way when he's 12 you can remind him of how much he WANTS to mow the lawn.
I just had to read on Wikipedia about preeclampsia. I'm so sorry. has it been long? Have you had all the rotten symptoms? I didn't know you had it with Cannon either. I hope the next 3 weeks are okay. I'd be happy to watch Cannon if you need rest.

I was definitely worse with Cannon. I swelled so badly that I couldn't feel my hands for about a month. I had to be on magnesium sulfate which is a combination of feeling like the flu and being high. Not fun!
This time I haven't swelled (swollen?) much at all. The only symptom I've got is the high blood pressure, so I think I'll be fine. Hopefully I don't blow up like a balloon in the next 3 weeks. But, I might have to take you up on the offer. Cannon is a crazy boy, though. I'd hate to thrust him upon you. :) We could always do a play date. I think Cannon and Ryann would get along swimmingly.
