The Nursery

We still have a few things to finish, but it's mostly done!

LinkThings I made: The quilt, dust ruffle, lampshade.
Things I painted or embellished: mirror, letters, shelf, canopy
Mirror and canopy: Tammi's Finders Keepers
Shelf and most of the flowers: Tai Pan
Chandelier: IKEA

The walls are bright pink with glitter (can't really see the glitter in the pictures, but it's there!) and creamsicle orange. If you ever want to put glitter on your walls, just beware that every member of your household will be covered for days. Once the paint dried, the sparkles were permanently attached.

I'm loving how it turned out. I like to go in and sit on the rocker and just soak it all in. It makes it all feel so real.

Ashley, it's absolutely beautiful. It looks magical. I love it. I'm loving the name Hazel, too. Looks like everything is ready for the little princess.

P.S. Glad you're doing the couponing thing. You're gonna love it. A little time consuming at first, but I can see how it gets easier and faster the more you do it.

There isn't a much more manly experience then contorting my large self holding a fan while my wife throws glitter at me in order for it to evenly adhere to fresh hot pink paint. I love my girls!
