The First of Many
Here are the first few pictures I've taken with my new toy. It came in the mail yesterday and I'm not ashamed to admit that I let a high-pitched squealed escape as I opened it. And yes, I'm a cheater cheater pumpkin eater for opening it already! I'm not good at anticipation, I guess. In my defense I've been saving for it for a LONG time and I couldn't stand to wait any longer.

I love the measuring tape picture. And the one of Cannon on the couch with the background with him so clear and the background fading. Very cool. And even cooler that you called yourself a cheater pumpkin eater. That's my goal tomorrow to find a way to put that into a conversation.

Sorry, I guess I needed to say what it is!
I got a Canon Rebel xti with a Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 lens. It rocks! I didn't get the camera in a kit, just the body + the Tamron.

You took some great pictures. I LOVE the depth of field of the measuring tape one. And the last one of Cannon is so cute!
